    I use Trainerize. Video demos for every exercise, easy session logging, all in one place.
    Tell me what you've got and I'll work with it. Commercial gym, home gym, a pair of dumbbells, or just bodyweight — I programme around your setup, not the other way around.
    You film your main lifts on your phone, upload the clips, and I review them on Loom. You get a response of me walking through exactly what to tweak. It's more detailed than most in-person form checks, because you can rewatch it.
